This U.S. Supreme Court case tackled the following question: Does the Student Activities Drug Testing Policy that requires the drug testing of all students who participate in extracurricular activities violate the Fourth Amendment rights of these students to be free from unreasonable search and seizures?

It was decided on June 27, 2002.
