This U.S. Supreme Court case tackled the following question: Does Title III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) apply to participants in athletic competitions held in places of public accommodation? If the ADA does apply, does the law require the PGA to change its competition rules to accommodate a disabled competitor?

It was decided on May 29, 2001.
