This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Street Law, Inc. It excludes products that are downloaded for free from our website, products purchased from McGraw Hill Education, and/or products distributed as part of a Street Law training or event.
To file a claim to request a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com. If reporting a damaged item, please include a photo.
Printed Publications and Texts
If all or part of your printed publications order is damaged or defective, and you file a claim within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the item at no charge to you. Or, if you’d prefer, we will refund your purchase in full.
We cannot accept returns of items for other reasons. Prior to purchasing, we encourage you to look closely at any sample lessons, product excerpts, or tables of contents provided to ensure that the product will meet your needs.
Unless they are damaged or incorrect, we cannot accept returns for custom products; this includes required texts for participating in Street Law programs.
Orders of digital products are non-refundable. However, if a claim is filed within 72 hours of purchase, digital products may be exchanged for a store credit.
We cannot accept returns for custom digital products; this includes required texts for participating in Street Law programs.
Street Law Branded Items
If you are dissatisfied with a purchased Street Law branded item, we will accept returns if the goods are in resaleable condition and a claim is filed within 30 days of purchase. You will be refunded the price of the product, less return shipping and handling expenses.
Additional information about refunds and credits
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
- The refund value for returned items purchased using any type of promotion, discount, or coupon will be reduced to reflect the value of any promotion, discount, or coupon used.
